SERVICES
I offer individual therapy for adults in a compassionate, collaborative space focused on helping you understand yourself more deeply. Together, we explore the patterns you’ve developed, the experiences that have shaped you, and how your nervous system responds to stress and overwhelm. As you gain clarity about your nervous system, patterns, needs, and communication style, you have more choice in how you show up in your life. Sessions are offered online for ease and accessibility.
